You can see the details of our return policy here. For Shoes and Clothing they must come back in brand new shape. Feel free to try them on at the house, but please do not play on the court unless you plan on keeping them. Please be aware that most companies will not accept return of shoes under any circumstances. We offer this luxury understanding the difficulty in purchasing quality pickleball shoes but you as the customer must realize that Nobody wants return of USED sneakers!! The following rules must be followed to receive credit or exchange on sneakers: The customer is responsible for all shipping on returns and exchanges. We receive shipments from FedEx, UPS, and USPS daily.
