The Midweight version is 7.7 to 8.3 ounces while the lightweight version is 7.3 to 7.8 ounces. Due to variation in the manufacturing process the paddles don't come out with an exact weight each time so there is a range. If you require a specific weight after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Respond to that email with your weight requirement and we will find a paddle that matches.
