If you want to go into details of all the options it is probably best to call us at 518-438-3935 M-F 9am-4pm ET. A general difference is that the Python and Head Tackimac grips are a rubber grip link used on a racquetball racquet and should be used with a glove. The grip you get from a rubber grip and a glove is more solid than your hand on a leather wrap grip. A rubber grip also wears less and will generally last the life of the paddle. The other grips are grips like used on a tennis racquet and will wear fairly quick, the grips that have wrap in their name are overwrap grips that go over the top of the main grip (they enlarge the grip by about 1/16 of an inch). Using an overwrap protects the main (usually cushioned) grip from wear making it easier to replace the wrap vs replacing the whole main grip. A player playing for a couple of hours a day 3-4 times a week may have to replace the overwrap roughly once a month similar to a tennis overwrap.
