The Python grip is a rubber grip that ridges on it - very similar to a bike grip. The Python Deluxe wrap is closer to a regular wrap you would find on a pickleball paddle.
We do not recommend using a python rubber grip without a glove. It is very likely that you will sweat and cause the grip to become slippery or have blisters on your hand. When pair with a glove, the rubber grip works extremely well.
