I'm not sure which paddles you are looking at in comparison to this paddle . However, to comfortably put 2 hands most people will find success when the handle is at least 5.25. If you have larger hands, you may want to look at paddles that have a handle starting at 5.5". You can take a look at our paddle comparsion chart to look at all our paddles quickly and spot any paddle that peak your interest.
