The balls are very different, I don't think one of them is necessarily better than the other.
The Dura Fast 40 is a competitive balls, used to be the top competetion balls, and is a fast and hard ball. It does break easily in colder temperatures.
Onix outdoor balls are much softer, which makes them much slower. They do not break easily if at all though.
