This is the lightweight version of the paddle.
Depending on how big your hands are, around 4 1/8 is the size of most grips and that seems to work for most women. I would not go with anything above 4 1/4. If you're hands are very small and you want a smaller grip, finding something 4" or less may be best. But it is all preference and the end of the day, and isn't an exact science.
