Here at PickleballGalaxy, we understand the importance of holding a paddle in your hand. For that reason, we offer a 30-day trial period on our paddles. If you do not like the way the paddle plays, there is no need to call ahead. Just send it back to us and we will gladly get you a replacement or refund. While you are deciding whether or not you would like to keep the paddle, please treat it as it as if you were going to keep it, though we encourage you to play as you normally would. PickleballGalaxy will accept the return of any equipment purchased from our company within 30 days after you receive your order. Equipment must be returned in resalable condition.
Just pack up items to be returned with a copy of your original invoice from PickleballGalaxy or a clear note with your Name, Address, Phone Number specifying how you want us to handle the return. You may receive a refund for the item(s) or exchange items for other merchandise.
You will be given a complete refund less any shipping charges and/or upgrades (regrip) made on the equipment. Any free items received with the purchase of a returned item must also be returned or customer will be charged for those free items.
The customer is responsible for all shipping on returns and exchanges. We receive shipments from FedEx, UPS, and USPS daily.
Customers may exchange returned items for new merchandise at which time the returned items will be credited toward the purchase of any new items and the ship fee to ship the new item.
