Here at PickleballGalaxy, we understand the importance of holding a paddle in your hand. For that reason, we offer a 30-day trial period on our paddles (excludes Gearbox and Thrive brand). If you do not like the way the paddle plays, there is no need to call ahead. Just send it back to us and we will gladly get you a replacement or refund. While you are deciding whether or not you would like to keep the paddle, please treat it as it as if you were going to keep it, though we encourage you to play as you normally would.
