Looking at PursuitPro but have tennis elbow what would you suggest.

I am a 3.0 player, smaller hand have been using Neonic force paddle. But arm has been hurting for about a year.

This may be better for your elbow. But it is impossible to tell from over the internet without knowing anything else about you or how you play or your medical history. We are not doctors, and don't pretend to be.
This paddle does not have a lot of vibrations going up from the paddle into the hand/elbow and may be a good fit.
