We have found many people that eliminate elbow pain by using hesacore grips.
You would purchase the paddle and this grip and install this grip yourself once you receive it.
I see a lot of options, where can I find reason for picking a given option? Pro Kennex Black Ace XF (Black/Red) Pickleball Paddle (PKL-30281)
Grip, I want to reduce vibrations to elbow as much as possible, but after looking through the list I have no clue why I would pick one over another. Also I have large hands, so bigger grip would be better
