I'm not sure where you are seeing the normal width is the size chart. But these are wide shoes. ASICS does market them as a EE shoe, but generally speaking we find ASICS to run on the narrow side. So these shoe are definitely wider than normal, they may not be wide enough if you're looking for a true EE shoe.
We have a 30 day return policy. With shoes, they must be in brand new condition with tags still on. You can wear them inside, but cannot go outside or play a game with them. We also do not pay for return shipping.
