1) Remove the current insert: pull or pop the existing rubber shockbuster out from the open throat area where the paddle meets the handle.
2) Align the weighted shockbuster insert with the open slot in the paddle's throat
3) Push the insert firmly into place until it is snug and flush inside the opening, ensuring it wont shift during play.
