There are few junior paddles to pick from. The Vulcan V300 offers a 3 1/2" grip and reduced weight. There are few, if any, alternatives that offer just these two things.
The Fire Stick version also looks nice. PickleballGalaxy upgraded the grip to pink. The little girl's only complaint is that the paddle itself isn't pink. However, she does like it, and there is no better looking alternative.
I've played a lot of tennis and ping pong, haven't gotten into pickleball; I believe this to be a solid junior paddle. We matched it with a pink glove by Head, a pink&gray Franklin case, and pink Franklin balls.

I purchased the Fire Stick version for a 6 year old girl. She seems to love it. The weight and handle size are reduced.
She likes the paddle design but would prefer pink. We did upgrade the grip to pink.
A possible improvement is the head could be more rounded to reduce the burden of the weight. However, there is really no alternative to compare with.
