There really is no conversion, Tennis grip sizes usually are available in 4 1/8", 4 1/4", 4 1/2", 4 3/8", 4 1/2", 4 5/8" and 4 3/4" while pickleball paddles come in 1 or maybe 2 sizes. Pickleball is a more wristy sport than tennis and a smaller grip helps with wrist snap so grips sizes in pickleball run smaller. If you prefer a larger grip you can wrap the grip with an overwrap grip, each wrap is about 1/16".
