The grip size is 4 1/8 inches and the weight is 8.1 ounces, you can see the individual paddle here you can't specify the grip size because it is only manufactured in 1 size but if you need to make it bigger you can apply a wrap grip, 1 wrap is about 1/16 of an inch. If you need a small grip size that would require you to remove the cushion grip on the paddle and wrap the handle with a wrap grip.
