The paddle comes in 2 grip sizes, 3 5/8 and 3 15/16 the actual grip on each is the same size the difference in the thickness comes from the handle being a different diameter . If you are referring to the grip upgrade options they are slightly different thicknesses. If you purchase an overwrap grip it comes in a package and you would wrap it yourself to the desired size that feels best for you. Each wrap is about 1/16 of an inch.
