No this paddle is only manufactured with a 4 1/4 inch grip size. You can make a grip larger by wrapping it with an overwrap grip, 1 wrap is about 1/16 of an inch increase. You have limited options to make a grip smaller. Your only option to make a grip smaller is to remove the cushioned grip that comes on the paddle and wrap the bare handle with an overwrap grip
