In pickleball you generally find smaller grip sizes available from manufacturers because pickleball uses more wrist action than tennis and a smaller grip helps with that. You can always start with a smaller grip size and use an overwrap grip to build up the grip to the size that feels right for you. One wrap of an overwrap grip adds about 1/16" to the grip size. If you have friend that play you can hold their paddles and see what feels best for you, you can look at our pickleball paddle comparison chart to see what size each paddle grip is available in (base size if they haven't applied an overwrap grip)
