You can look at this method to measure your hand size. Pickleball uses more wrist action than a tennis swing so a smaller grip can be helpfully, you can always build up a grip size to what feels best for you using an overwrap grip but you cant make one smaller. One wrap with an overwrap increases the grip size by about 1/16".
