Grip size is all up to preference. Typically pickleball grips are a bit smaller than tennis because there is a bit more use of the wrist in pickleball than in tennis. That being said, if you are used to 4 3/8 it may be worth sticking to that size.
Here is a write-up to calculate your grip size. You can always use an overwrap grip to build up a smaller grip to the size that feels best for you, 1 wrap increases the grip size by about 1/16"
