The Engage Axiom ELongated 16mm pickleball paddle is the next evolution of the Engage Alpha Pro paddle. It is a replacement for the Engage X2. It comes in both a Elongated and Widebody shapes with each coming in a 16mm (more control) or 14mm (more power) core thickness.

PickleballGalaxy's Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! Here’s how it works:
- Simple Returns: No need to call us or request a return authorization number. Just send your items back using any trackable shipping method, and hold on to the tracking number. We don’t charge restocking fees!
- Fast Processing: We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business once we receive it. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you directly.
- For the sake of expediency: We invite you to send your item in as a return and place a new order for your desired items. This results in you getting your gear you want quicker! We are happy to offer returns + reorders as well as exchanges. Whichever suits you better
You can return any equipment within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets our return requirements/conditions (See below). Just pack the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number, and how you’d like us to process the return (refund or exchange).
We’ll refund you the full cost of the item, minus any original shipping charges and any upgrades (e.g., regripping, protection tape). If you received free items with your purchase, these must also be returned, or you will be charged for them.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method (and save your tracking number). PickleballGalaxy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping back to us.
If you do not have access to an economical ship method; please reach out to us at [email protected]. We may be able to provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your return.
For exchanges, the value of the returned item(s) will be applied toward your new purchase, and you’ll just need to cover the shipping for the new item.
30 Day Paddle Return Policy
We know how important it is to find the perfect paddle! That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. If your paddle doesn’t meet your needs or feel just right, you can easily send it back for a refund or exchange—no need to call ahead.
***This return period allows you to enjoy using the paddle after purchase, but it’s NOT meant for trying out multiple options with the intent to return. If you're interested in exploring different/multiple paddles, we kindly ask you to check out our Demo Program . We want to ensure a fair process, so please note that we may deny returns in cases of policy misuse, including:
- Purchasing multiple paddles and returning most or all of them used
- Excessive returns of used paddles within a 12-month period
- Significant wear or damage within the 30-day period
- Returning paddles with signs of misuse: Submitting returns that show evidence of being used inappropriately or for unintended purposes
While you decide, please treat the paddle as if you’re planning to keep it and enjoy your normal gameplay. Send all returns to:

About Our PickleballGalaxy Demo Program
Our Pickleball Paddle Demo Program has a maximum quantity of 1 ORDER PER CUSTOMER due to the overwhelming popularity of the Demo Program.
We have one of the a largest pickleball paddle DEMO exchange's in the country. And here's how it all works....The total charge for the whole program is $40. Your hard earned money gets you the following:
- 2 DEMO Paddles of your choice (for up to 7 days)
- FREE 1-2 Day shipping to you
- FedEx return prepaid shipping tag
- $10 Off Loyalty Code towards the purchase of a paddle (within 30 days from return date)
- Random Color of the Model you select will be sent
When checking out after making your online demo purchase, make sure you choose the demo shipping method instead of standard ground. (if you purchase other products along with the demo program the DEMO shipping option will only appear if the added weight is under 2 lbs. If other items are in your cart that weigh more than 2 lbs there will be shipping costs associated with the additional items but will exclude the weight of the demo paddles)
Be aware that due to the popularity of this program there may be a delay in shipping the paddles you choose. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your paddles actually ship. If we can't ship your chosen DEMOs within 5 days of your order we will contact you. Just because your order went through does not mean they are shipping that day. It means you are in the lineup to receive the paddles.
We have to run a tight ship so please be timely on your returns. There is a late fee for paddles kept beyond your 7 days. You agree to this when you join this program. Please remember there is a person in line after you waiting. (The 7 days does not include ship time).

Please be aware that you may order gloves or smaller items along with your DEMO Program. However, if you order items that require a different size box, they will be shipped separately unless otherwise specified.
